lumilay.com, plikka.app, keepin.app and docs.keepin.app are operated by Maksim Sabunov, trading as Lumilay, Kaupmehe 6, Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: contact@lumilay.com.

All four are informational sites. They describe Lumilay and the software it has built or is building. Nothing on them is an offer to sell, license or supply anything, and reading them creates no contract between you and Lumilay.

Joining the Plikka waitlist on plikka.app creates no contract either. It asks for one email when it is your turn to use Plikka, and nothing more; how the address is handled is set out in the privacy policy.

Descriptions of software, and of plans for it, are not specifications, commitments or warranties. Nor are the answers from the question boxes on plikka.app and keepin.app, which are written by an AI model from those descriptions and can be wrong. None of the software described is available to the public; Keepin is used by invitation only.

You may read the sites, link to them and quote from them with attribution. You may not scrape them at a rate that burdens them, interfere with their operation, send their question boxes anything but your own questions about the software, or present their content as your own or as endorsed by Lumilay.

The text, photography and marks on these sites are © Maksim Sabunov. Lumilay, Keepin and Plikka are names used by Lumilay for itself and its software.

On lumilay.com, the typefaces Inter and Geist Mono are used under the SIL Open Font License, version 1.1; the display typeface Sentient is used under the Indian Type Foundry Free Font License, version 2.0.1.

The sites are provided as they are and as they are available. Lumilay does not warrant that they are accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors, and may change or withdraw any part of them without notice.

To the extent permitted by Estonian law, Lumilay is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, these sites. Nothing here excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes belong to the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules that apply where you live.

These terms may change. The date at the top is the date of the last change, and the version on this page is the version that applies.
