lumilay.com is operated by Maksim Sabunov, trading as Lumilay, Kaupmehe 6, Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: contact@lumilay.com.
2.0What this site is
This is an informational site. It describes Lumilay and the software it has built. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, license or supply anything, and reading it creates no contract between you and Lumilay.
Descriptions of software are descriptions of what exists on the date at the top of the page. They are not specifications, commitments or warranties, and the software described is not made available to the public.
3.0Using the site
You may read the site, link to it and quote from it with attribution. You may not scrape it at a rate that burdens it, interfere with its operation, or present its content as your own or as endorsed by Lumilay.
4.0Intellectual property
The text, photography and marks on this site are © Maksim Sabunov. Lumilay, Keepin and Plikka are names used by Lumilay for itself and its software.
The typefaces Newsreader, Inter and Geist Mono are used under the SIL Open Font License, version 1.1.
5.0No warranty
The site is provided as it is and as it is available. Lumilay does not warrant that it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors, and may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
6.0Liability
To the extent permitted by Estonian law, Lumilay is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing here excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
7.0Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes belong to the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules that apply where you live.

These terms may change. The date at the top is the date of the last change, and the version on this page is the version that applies.
